You can track the status of your order as follows:

1. After you have logged in, click on your customer name (“My account”) at the top right. Now click on “My orders”.
2. Click on “View” to the right of your order to check the status.
3. Here you can see the details of your order. You can also use the “Where is my order?” button to track the shipping status of your order.
After your order has been delivered to the delivery partner, you will receive a tracking number by e-mail or SMS. You can contact the responsible delivery partner and check the status of your order with this number or track it via our website.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer cash on delivery payment in your country. For information on secure payment options, please see ”Payment” – ”What payment options do I have?

  • If the status of the completed order is displayed as “Waiting for confirmation” or “Being prepared”, you can cancel it via our customer service.
  • Unfortunately, your order cannot be cancelled if the status is shown as “Shipped”.
  • Your orders will be handed over to the delivery partner within 24 hours.
  • If your order includes items with a hanger system, the delivery time may vary.
  • You can find out the estimated delivery time via “My orders”.
